Cancellation Policy:
There will be a $150.00 proccessing fee for cancellations less than one week prior
to the seminar date. There are no refunds, however, participants may attend a different
conference at a later date.

Bring An Extra Staff Member For Only $250.00 per person, $275.00 for Part Three.
(Limit two staff members for special pricing. May include administrative
support personnel, office managers, medical assistants, RNs, etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: Physicians from the same facility each pay full price. They are
not considered support staff.
Due to the fast paced nature of the course, participants MUST HAVE COMPLETED PART
ONE TO ATTEND PART TWO so the participants can receive the full benefit of course
material in Part Two. LIKEWISE, PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE COMPLETED PARTS ONE AND TWO
