Reviews and Praise for How to Achieve Healthy Aging
by Neal Rouzier, MD

How To Achieve Healthy Aging

"This groundbreaking book carries an important message to both men and women 'Hormones matter.' Dr Neal Rouzier's comprehensive analysis of natural hormone replacement is a must read for all that want to achieve aging with energy and vitality. It provides enormous amounts of information that people of all ages will find useful and informative." Dr. Manny Alvarez, FOX NEWS Medical Contributor

"A solid work that piques the curiosity and encourages deeper investigation. Most admirably, it steers clear of vanity, and onto a course designed to promote a healthy, high-quality life."

"[Rouzier] approaches the issue from two angles, arguing that preventive hormonal therapy can stem deterioration (but not restore what has been lost), and that specifically fashioned, bio-identical hormones are the only ones worth taking because they are fabricated to couple with an individual's receptors." Kirkus Discoveries

"Each hormone and its use, are thoroughly discussed to include patient's symptoms, benefits and suggested dosages. Patient's stories are included to support the research. The author has included a bibliography in the back of the book to indicate medical sources..."

"Easy to follow guide in layman's terms, this book is informative and educational. This reviewer was also entertained by the anecdotes from patients and researchers. Well worth a look by anyone concerned with aging, declining health and overall well-being..." AllBooks Review

"As an innovator and leader in the research, development and art of longevity medicine, Dr. Rouzier introduces new ways to get your youth back naturally. Taking certain natural hormones orally as well as taking natural estrogen and testosterone hormones would allow your body to heal (thus anti-age) and prevent wear and tear just like years before. Other lesser-known hormones that existed abundantly when we were young but diminish as we age are also introduced to the readers. How to Achieve Healthy Aging introduces a new paradigm on preventing diseases and maintaining our youth. The down-to-earth explanations, impressive statistics and case studies are both insightful and encouraging."

"How to Achieve Healthy Aging is definitely an invaluable contribution to modern medicine and society." BookReviewClub.com

"When it comes to medical decisions, a second opinion is usually advised. Dr. Rouzier is the third opinion we would all love to have. He provides information on what we need or might not need to help us make an informed decision." Christine Summers, Host of Body Talk Syndicated Health and Wellness Radio Show Health Radio Network

"Dr. Rouzier is clearly the expert on Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. And he's right, aging is not obligatory." Jack Roberts, The AM Show Nationally Syndicated Hollywood, California

Tim McKnight M.D.
Instructor of Part Two Friday Morning Workshop

Tim McKnight

Dr. Tim McKnight is a practicing board certified family physician who has interests in sports medicine, nutrition and disease prevention. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition and completed all the coursework for his doctorate in human nutrition before entering medical school at Ohio State University.

In 2002, Dr. McKnight developed and launched a wellness program centered on healthy lifestyles which has grown into a successful and promising program. In 2006, he and his team were awarded a three-year federal grant with the purpose of educating the community on healthy lifestyles through exercise, nutrition and disease prevention. The program is funded by the Department of Health & Human Services. At the national meetings in August, his program was singled out as the prototypical wellness program due to the results obtained and the growing nature of the program. These five classes of 35 per class fill without marketing or advertising and leave many remaining on a waiting list to enter the next program. Last spring Dr. McKnight attended the first two of Dr. Neal Rouzier’s anti-aging conferences, and has enthusiastically embraced bio identical hormone replacement therapy as a key component of the wellness picture. In early 2009, his federal grant was renewed for an additional three years. He is a dynamic and entertaining speaker on his wellness approach to the community and in helping physicians understand the importance and reasoning behind supplementation.
